[January 2188. Quite recently, the Riskbreakers have caught and turned in a certain time-bending pervert and been roped into having more of the Disciplinary Committee's work fobbed off on them. Around the same time, Retsu had his location sold and Hotaru sent Hisoka off to find the poor boy. Somewhere in the timestream, the student council president came to school with the most magnificent of hickeys and it nearly caused a riot. All of these things, plus a variety of other rumors, mean today, one Mibu Hotaru just dropped about six inches of paperwork squarely on her older brother's desk and then locked herself in the disciplinary committees room, barricading it against Tess and Johnny.

Hotaru, you know that I would do literally anything that you asked of me, no matter what. But, you must explicitly tell me what that is before I may act on that.

...I just don't want you to feel you have to hold back for any reason but your desires, at least in this. I know we can't break out of these roles entirely, but...

[She leans into his hand, and sighs, closing your eyes a little.] You let me be just Hotaru...I want to be able to let you just be Seijirou, too.

[When she leans into his hand, he considers for a moment, and then leans forward some.]

Hotaru... You should realize by now, you are my only desire.

[And then he leans forward the rest of the way and kisses her, rather softly and sweetly, and slow enough that she could back away.]

[She's definitely not backing away from it, or doing anything but kissing him back, as gently as someone with her temper can really manage.

It's almost like she's trying to make clear he has full autonomy in this situation!]

[Well, then, he's just happy to keep this kiss going for a full, long while, and when he does have to break it, he'll pull her back against him because seriously, no top must be cold.]
