[So, it's probably been a little while since the disappearance of Mibu Haruka, and Hotaru's mostly settled down to her new workload and lack of little brother. In general, when she's got work to do, she mellows out fairly quickly from whatever tempers she get into, but it also makes her plenty oblivious.

Which is why she hasn't picked up the courtier that's been following her around in the garden has been hitting on her for the last 20 minutes. Some dumb fox may wish to intervene before she gets a clue.]

All of these things, plus a variety of other rumors, mean today, one Mibu Hotaru just dropped about six inches of paperwork squarely on her older brother's desk and then locked herself in the disciplinary committees room, barricading it against Tess and Johnny.
